Cleaning? Forget the heavy vacuum cleaner to drag or the mop to pass in the most remote corners of the floor. For years, robots that vacuum and wash have revolutionized the way we take care of our home. And now a brand has officially arrived on the Italian market which has become a leader in the sector in recent years, also thanks to its particular attention to innovation and listening to users' needs.
We are talking about Roborockthe company founded in 2014 as a start-up of the Xiaomi galaxy and soon became independent, with offices in over 170 countries around the world, as well as the first to bring the LIDAR navigation system (the most advanced on the market) to a robot vacuum cleaner, as explain Amandine Wang, head of marketing Western Europe, and Emily Jiang, announcing that this year a physical sales channel has also been opened thanks to the collaboration with MediaWorld.
But that's not the only news. As Chiara Carobello, communication manager for Roborock in Italy, said, the company – after the robot S8 Max V Ultra presented at Ces 2024 and also available in Italy at 1499 euros – has recently announced the launch of new products. We start from top of the range Qrevo Master, arriving on June 13th, which vacuums and washes and promises to revolutionize daily cleaning thanks to the FlexiArm Design, a rotating brush that extends outside the round perimeter of the device to reach even the narrowest corners, and to the “Due Roller Riser” brushes ” which – combined with 10,000 pa suction – also removes hair and animal hair, avoiding tangles. Added to this is the intelligent voice command that allows you to localize the cleaning to the sound of a “Hello Rocky” and the reactive obstacle recognition that guides the robot inside the room. Without forgetting the most useful function: the charging station that empties and cleans the device and mops automatically. All we have to do is – from time to time – empty the dirty water tank and replenish the clean water tank.
The Qrevo series is then enriched with models Qrevo Max V (arriving at the end of June for 999 euros) e Qrevo S (again from June 13th), the entry level with a more accessible price (but not yet revealed) without giving up the main functions. All devices have voice control and a dedicated app with which to control them.
And for those who prefer not to delegate everything to the robot, Roborock has also launched in Italy two new models of floor vacuum cleaner and cleaner, the FlexiPro and the FlexiLite (with less battery, smaller and cheaper). Both brooms are light and flexible (to the point that they can be passed under the bed or sofa without problems) they vacuum solids and liquids, wash and dry in a single pass.
Furthermore, DirTect Smart Sensor technology automatically adjusts the suction level, making the cleaning operation quick. And both come with a charging base that washes and disinfects the cleaning rollers. They will be available – at a price not yet announced – from June 13th.
