Rape of kidnapped people, according to the UN, it is Israel's fault

Finally, after more than three months of waiting, details of the confirming report have been revealed the many evidences of sexual violence perpetrated during the attack of Hamas terrorists in the kibbutzim located near the border between Israel and the Gaza Strip. The UN undersecretary general Premila Pattenreferring to the findings, said: “We found a recurring pattern of victims who were stripped and shot.”

He then underlined that the testimonies on the sexual violence suffered by Israeli abductees during their period of imprisonment in Gaza and then released, is very reliable. Premila Patten, in the end and despite herself, had to admit that the information provided by the Israeli government was authentic and was also based on cameras that the terrorists had with them at the time of the massacre.

The 24-page report is based on a visit he and his team made last month to southern kibbutzim and Palestinian Authority territories to gather evidence. The undersecretary general, who led a delegation that included 10 experts in the fields of medicine and law, put it in black and white in his report that the acts of rape, gang rape, corpse rape, genital mutilation and more, happened during the massacre. Exactly what Israel had declared a few hours after the events, but it took the UN more than three months to ascertain all this.

Patten also admitted that the commission was faced with a very difficult task in terms of what it had found, namely that Hamas’ brutal attacks were a catalog of shocking acts of torture. In the context of the attack by Hamas, Islamic Jihad and armed civilians, the level of brutality of the acts was understood. Note that he wanted to clarify the evidence that along with Hamas and Islamic Jihad there were also armed civilians.

Armed civilians invading the territory of a state, armed civilians who in the company of terrorists kill, rape and kidnap, but who for the UN undersecretary general remain civilians. As if they were passers-by who happened to be there even though they were armed. The report also highlights that there was planning, prior knowledge and coordination of the objectives of the attack. The attackers, he never used the term terroriststhey arrived equipped with various types of weapons, they planned to kill, torture and kidnap as many Israeli women, children and civilians as possible.

You will remember the girls still alive whose breasts were cut off and their private parts removed with bayonet or dagger blows, this indicates that the sexual violence which included torture and humiliation was nothing more than the result of training carried out precisely for these purposes. Kibbutz Beeri suffered many casualties: 10% of its residents were killed or injured. But here comes the best part, because in the report it is written that even if there certainly was sexual violence in that kibbutz, there are no direct testimonies because none of those victims survived the violence, therefore there is the possibility that there will never be way to find out all the facts. There are no survivors, there are no testimonies so the fact cannot be ascertained according to the UN. Clear, simple, what is left of the bodies and the torture that were suffered and certified in forensic medicine for the UN does not count.

Let’s go further: The UN report not only confirms that abductees and people seized by Hamas in Gaza have suffered sexual violence, but it is considered highly likely that this will happen again. In fact, the report also denounces that based on the information given by kidnapped then returned from captivity, it is possible that sexual violence against abductees who are still in captivity will continue. Well, why then does the United Nations limit itself to asking Israel to cease fire but Hamas is not forced to release the abductees? Simple, because after all these beautiful words which, in addition to arriving late, are written and said so that they can have as little impact on world public opinion as possible, the campaign of defamation of Israel and its people continues.

That is, in other words, if those kidnapped who are still alive are systematically raped, it is the fault of Israel which is dismantling Hamas by force. At this point the Foreign Minister, Israel Katz, called Gilad Erdan home, ambassador of the Jewish State to the UN, and it is possible that other initiatives will follow this step. For Jerusalem the measure is full.
