“15% would be better if it was not there but, if we compare it with other countries, Europe has had a better agreement. We must continue to work on this direction. The agreement that the Commission has done is serious, not easy, but the best possible to the conditions given. We must also continue on the path of the ability to widen the vision with respect to the opening of the possibility of commercial exchanges with other realities.
