The focus of the cooperative goes beyond simple agricultural production: it is a social cooperative that offers work and inclusion opportunities for people in disadvantage situations, such as individuals with disabilities or social fragility. Through work in the fields, stables and transformation workshops, these people find not only an employment, but also a path of personal growth and integration into the community.
The cooperative approach is based on respect for the environment and animal welfare, with eco -sustainable breeding practices that culminate in the construction of the first Ecostalla d’Italia in 2013. This model of circular economy not only improves the quality of the products, but also creates a healthy and stimulating work environment for all members of the cooperative.
