Magnolia Shed at The Wurst Biergarten, 9 p.m.
Magnolia Shed series is coming out of the backyard and into the heart of downtown. This event will help raise money for the cost of the Magnolia Shed festival in June.
Healing Traditions in Acadiana at Vermilionville, 11 a.m.
This quarterly lecture series serves as an introduction about the healing traditions of the Cajun and Creole people. It also discusses the importance of preserving medicinal plants and sharing their uses.
